1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Lario ("Lario," "we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services and Eligibility
Lario provides desktop software and related services designed to stabilize live speech delivery in high-pressure conversations. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.
3. Account, Security, and Access
You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your login details confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to misuse the Services. You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior
- resell, sublicense, distribute, or provide the Services for third parties
- interfere with product integrity, security, or availability
- use the Services to build a competing product
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle. Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price. You authorize us, or our payment processor, to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, software, brand assets, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Lario and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lario is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Lario in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create legal or security risk. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Lario is established, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through individual proceedings, and class or representative actions are waived where permitted by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and may also be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
