1. Cancellation Right
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not create additional fees.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel by:
- using in-app subscription controls, when available
- sending a request to hello@larioai.com from your account email
3. Effective Date of Cancellation
Your access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. At the next renewal date, billing stops and your account may move to the free tier.
4. Annual Plans
If you cancel an annual plan mid-cycle, access remains active for the remainder of the prepaid term. Partial period refunds are not provided under our Refund Policy.
5. Reactivation
You may reactivate a subscription at any time, subject to then-current plan pricing and terms.
